Today's card is a special birthday card for my Uncle John. Uncle John and I-E-Lu (my aunt) love to travel all over the world. From Antarctica to Greenland, all over Europe and Asia, down to Australia and all over North and South America, they have seen it all, well almost... there are still many adventures in store for them. So, I thought it would be fitting to create this scenic card for Uncle John's birthday. He was also born in the Year of the Dog and really enjoys all kinds of food: sweet, savory, unique, tasty, good-value + great taste is the best. A few years ago, when the Cronut trend hit the marketplace, Uncle John was the first to tell me about it. Hmm... wonder what other food trends are on the horizon?
